Khammuan tightens up preservation of Great City Wall

Khammuan provincial authorities are working to preserve a massive ancient rock wall, known as the Great City Wall, which lies alongside a road in Thakhaek district and is being damaged by local people. Thakaek district Governor Mr Chan Boupphalivanh told Vientiane Times “Sections of this wall are located along a 10-kilometre road in the centre of Thakhaek. It is 5-10 metres tall.”…
